	Nationwide With more than $157 billion in statutory assets, Nationwide is one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world, providing a full range of products and services for home, car, family, and financial security across the 50 states as well as in Europe and Latin America. Nationwide is a member of the 3Stone Advisors partnership and an anchor investor and limited partner in the 3Stone Inflection Fund.
	Stonehenge Partners Stonehenge Partners, originally formed from the spin out of Bank One Capital, manages $475 million of subordinated debt and equity in three funds. Two of the Principals of Stonehenge Partners are active advisors to 3Stone and investors in the 3Stone Inflection Fund. 3Stone leverages the Stonehenge network where deals fit the 3Stone focus. Stonehenge Partners is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The firm manages the Stonehenge Opportunity Fund (I and II) and the Mezzanine Opportunity Fund. SOF I and II invest up to $10 million of equity in a wide variety of industries. Two of the founding partners of Stonehenge Partners, David Meuse and Mike Endres, are partners in 3Stone Advisors LLC and are members of the investment committee of the 3Stone Inflection Fund.
